BB MOBILEPOINT PREPAID CARD RULE

ARTICLE1 EXTENT OF THIS RULE
This BB mobilepoint prepaid card rule (this "Rule") shall apply to use and sale of prepaid cards
which our company (the "Company") sells relating to the class 9 open data communication network
service set forth in OPEN DATA COMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement")
established by the Company.
ARTICLE2 APPLIED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 Any matter not stipulated in this Rule shall be construed in accordance
with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement.
2.2 This Rule may be amended by the Company. In this case, the amended Rule shall
be applied to the terms and conditions for use and sale of prepaid cards.
ARTICLE3 DEFINITIONS
The definitions set forth in the Agreement shall apply correspondingly to
the definitions of this Rule, unless otherwise this Rule defines.
ARTICLE4 PERIOD
The Company shall set the period during which the class 9 open data communication network
service may be used, and which shall be determined for each user identification marks, etc.
described on the prepaid cards.
ARTICLE5 EXCHANGE OF PREPAID CARDS
The Company shall not exchange prepaid cards.
ARTICLE6 PROHIBITION RESALE AND ASSIGNMENT
Without consent of the Company, prepaid cards designated separately
by the Company may not be resold or transferred to any third party.
ARTICLE7 UNAUTHORIZED USE BY A THIRD PARTY
7.1 Purchasers of prepaid cards shall manage and use their prepaid cards and their user
identification marks, etc. in their own responsibility.
7.2 In no event shall the Company be responsible for the results occurred by loss,
disclosure or divulgation to any third party, or any other unauthorized use
by any third party, of prepaid cards or user identification marks, etc.
ARTICLE8 INVALIDATION
In cases where the Company suspects unauthorized use of prepaid cards,
the Company may suspend and/or invalidate use of such prepaid cards immediately.
ARTICLE9 CONVERSION INTO CASH
The Company shall not convert any prepaid cards into money.
ARTICLE10 REISSUANCE
10.1 The Company shall not reissue any prepaid cards,
unless the case falls under any of the events provided for
in Article 97-2 of the Agreement
(payment for the class 9 open data communication network service).
10.2 If the Company reissues prepaid cards in such exceptional case set forth above,
the Company may restore the class 9 open data communication network service
to the conditions prior to their use relating to the user identification marks
indicated on such reissued prepaid cards.
10.3 The Company shall not refund any prepaid cards.
ARTICLE11 HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Company shall handle personal information which the Company
acquires upon sale of prepaid cards according to its privacy policy described
in http://www.softbanktelecom.co.jp/privacypolicy/index.html.
SUPPLYMENTARY PROVISION
EFFECTIVE DATE
This Rule shall become effective as of October 3, 2005.
